どれも当てはまらないって英語でなんて言うの？

"None of them apply." 三つ以上あったら "none" を使います。
"none of them" 「どれも〜ない」
"apply”「当てはまる」

"Neither of them are applicable" 二つの場合には "neither" を使います。
"are applicable" 「当てはまる」

"In Japan neither of them apply because YY/MM/DD is used."
「日本はどちらにも当てはまりません。YY/MM/DDが一般的ですから」

この場合、次のような言い方をすると自然で良いでしょう。

ーWe don't say it either of those ways in Japan.
「日本でもどちらの言い方もしない」
don't say it either of those ways のように言うと良いでしょう。

ーWe always start with the year first, then the month, then the day, in Japan.
「日本人はまず年から始め、それから月と日を言います」
