「DMMのレッスンを一ヶ月休みます」
to take a break from ... で「…を休む」
for the next month で「次の一ヶ月」
ーI'm taking a little time off in the month of January.
「1月は休みます」
このように〇月の一ヶ月間を休むと言うなら、このような言い方もできます。
例：
I'm taking a little time off in the month of January because of work.
「仕事の都合で1月は休みます」
