まずは「in the past」を言わなくても大丈夫です。「once」を言うからです。
次は「会員は特典として」は「One of the member perks is that」に訳しても大丈夫です。これを文頭に言います。
後は「currently exclusive」の代わりに「are now private」の方が自然です。
「One of the member perks is that you can watch some videos that were once public but are now private.」になります。
