もう少し上を短くしてくださいって英語でなんて言うの？

この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。

ーCan you cut it shorter on the top?
「上をもう少し短くしてくれますか？」
ーCan you make it a little shorter on top?
「上をもうちょっと短くしてくれますか？」

短くするのは to cut it shorter や to make it shorter のように言うと良いですよ。

後ろ髪や前髪の場合：
ーCan you cut it shorter at the back?
「後ろをもう少し短くしてくれますか？」

ーCan you make my bangs a little shorter?
「前髪をもうちょっと短くしてもらえますか？」
