Flatshareを探している身なのですが、ownerとのやり取りで、your listing has a move date of the 27th of Feb. As my room is available on the 18th of Feb, that’s probably pushing the date a bit too much.
と来たのですがどういう意味でしょうか…？
I think that might be a bit too early for you to move in.
この家主さんは、あなた（Aikoさん）のリスティングには引越し日は2月27日となっているけど、私の部屋が空くのは2月18日だから、それじゃあ多分時間が足らなくて困るでしょ、と言うニュアンスです。
言い換えると、
ーI think that might be a bit too early for you to move in.
「あなたが入居するにはちょっと早すぎるかもしれないですね」
とも言えます。
