「それならいい方だよ」は、シチュエーションにもよりますが、次のような言い方ができます。
ーthat's still pretty good
ーthat's on the good side
ーthat's still not too bad
例：
If I only have to wait for an hour, that's still pretty good.
「１時間待ちならいい方だよ」
If you only end up with a broken bone, that's not too bad.
「骨折で済むならいい方だよ」
that's not too bad「そんなに酷くない」＝「いい方だ」と反対の言い方もできます。
