相手に、何かしないで欲しいであれば、最初から「Don't....」始まります。
もし、「歩かないで」でも指したいなら、そうすると、「Don't walk around while stepping on the heels of the shoes.」になります。

この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーDon't step on the back of your heals like that.
「そんなふうに踵の後ろを踏まないの」
to step on で「踏む・踏んづける」

to push down で「押し下げる」という意味ですが、この場合は靴の履き方を言っているので「踏んづける」という意味になります。
