この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーThat car is not parked straight.
「その車はまっすぐ駐車されていない」
まっすぐ駐車されていないと言うことは斜めに駐車されているとも言えますね。
ーThat car is sticking out because it's parked on an angle.
「その車は斜めに駐車されているからはみ出ている」
to be parked on an angle で「斜めに駐車されている」と言えます。
