軽く褒める時には「Nice 〜」がよく使われます。
例:
Nice shoes! いい靴だね！
Nice hair! 髪型いいね！
他には「おしゃれ」の意味の「fashionable」などを使うこともできますが、軽く褒める時は「Nice 〜」で充分だと思います！
ちなみにSNSの「いいね」は英語では「Like」です。

Both of these phrases will compliment someones shirt.
The first specifically tells them that you like the shirt.
The second is more casual and informs them that you think it is a "nice shirt"

All three of these sentences are casual ways of complimenting someone's t-shirt. In colloquial speech not many English speakers will actually say "tee shirt", but instead abbreviate it to just "shirt." The word "like" has a plethora of usages but here it is used to regard something with favor, or to take pleasure in, or to find something attractive. The second sentence has the opener of "Hey" in front of it which is used as an informal call when trying to grab somebody's attention. The final sentence, "Your shirt is awesome!" is the example I've presented with the highest form of compliment. Describing something as "awesome" is common slang for saying something is very impressive.
