二次会の幹事って英語でなんて言うの？

幹事って何するの？と聞かれたので、下の事を英語で説明したいです

『友達の為にサプライズで友達と旦那さんとの付き合ってからの歴史を写真で集めて動画を作ってみんなに見せたり、wedding partyの為に色々準備を2人の代わりにします。
日本では親友が結婚する友達の為にwedding ceremonyの後にあるwedding partyの為に色々準備するのが伝統です。』

また、二次会の幹事について、説明したいなら、そうすると「Two of us are in charge of making arrangements for our friend's wedding party. We will be surprising our friend with compilation of old pictures and video to show it to everyone. 
In Japan, it's a tradition to make preparations for the person who will be getting married. A wedding ceremony is followed by a wedding party.」
