この場合、次のように言えますよ。

ーExcuse me for interrupting. Can I take your dishes?
「（話の）邪魔をしてすみません。お皿を下げても良いですか？」

ーI don't want to interrupt your conversation. Can I take some of your dishes from the table?
「話の邪魔をしたくないのですが、テーブルのお皿を少し下げても良いですか？」
