この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。

ーThere is a higher percentage of university graduates in this company compared to high school graduates.
「この会社には高卒の人と比べて、大卒の人の割合の方が高い」
There is a higher percentage of ... で「高い割合の…がいる」
university graduates「大卒の人」
high school graduates「高卒の人」

ーThere are more university graduates in this company than high school graduates.
「この会社には高卒よりもっと大卒の人がいる」
このように簡単に言うこともできます。
