crying spicy という言い方はしないですが、
ーsmoking hot
ーflaming hot
などという言い方はできます。
「泣く」や「涙」という単語は入っていませんが、ものすごく辛いことを言っているので、涙が出るほど辛い意味合いにはなります。
例：
I couldn't enjoy my soup because it was so smoking hot.
「めちゃめちゃ辛くてスープを味わえなかった」
smoking hot は辛さだけでなく温度の熱さを言うときにも使えます。確実に辛さのことを言いたい場合は、flaming hot とすると良いでしょう。
ーThe chicken wings I ate were so hot they made my eyes water.
「チキンウィングが涙が出るほど辛かった」
「涙が出るほど辛い」と言いたいなら、このような言い方もできます。
