昔は手書きラベルって英語でなんて言うの？

国際小包の話について相手に説明したのですが､言ってる事がよくわからないと言われました…。昔は手書きラベルで海外へ発送出来たが現在は出来なくて郵便HPからラベル作成が必要です。と説明したいと思います。
