後遺症で少ししんどいけど何とか仕事してるって英語でなんて言うの？

この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。

ーThe aftereffects from the car accident I was in last month are still lingering, but I have managed to go back to work.
「先月の交通事故の後遺症がまだ残っているが、何とか仕事に復帰できている」
aftereffects「後遺症」
to linger「長引く・なかなか消えない」
to mange to ...「なんとか…する」

ーI'm still suffering from long COVID, but I'm able to work somehow.
「まだコロナの後遺症に苦しんでいるが、何とか仕事ができている」
もしコロナの後遺症のことを言うなら、long COVID と言えます。
