次はどんなストーリーになるのか気になりますって英語でなんて言うの？

この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。

ーI can't wait to see what the next story is all about.
「次のストーリがどんなのか待ち遠しい」

ーI'm really interested to see what's going to happen in the next episode.
「次のエピソードでどうなるかすごく気になる」

ここでの「気になる」は I can't wait to ... や I'm really interested to ... を使って言うと自然な感じで良いでしょう。
