SNSで今年最後の投稿（ポスト）した時の締め括りの言葉として使いたいです。よろしくお願いします。

この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。

ーThis is my last post for this year.  Have a Happy New Year everyone!
「これが今年最後の投稿です。みなさん良いお年を！」
one's last post for this year で「今年最後の投稿」

ーThis is the last time I'll be putting anything on my Instagram for the year.  I wish all of you a Happy New Year!
「今年インスタに投稿するのはこれで最後です。みなさん良いお年を！」
This is the last time I'll be ...ing で「…するのはこれが最後です」
to put something on one's Instagram で「インスタに何か投稿する」
