先に紙が破れたほうが負けって英語でなんて言うの？

この場合、次のような言い方ができます。
ーWhoever rips their paper first loses.
「最初に紙を破った人が負け」

ーWhoever's paper falls apart first loses.
「紙が最初に破れた人が負け」
to fall apart で「だめになる」

ーWhoever's paper lasts the longest is the winner.
「一番長く紙が持ちこたえた人が勝ち」
to last で「長持する・耐える」
