「～みたいだ」と「～のようだ」のlikeを使わず表現なら、 (be) similar to～（～に似ている）という表現が使えます。 「この携帯はApple製品のようだ」 This cell phone is similar to an Apple product. (ご参考に、likeの場合 --> This cell phone is like an Apple product.)

「〜のようだ」は「〜is as if 〜」と表現することもできます。 This cell phone is as if it's an Apple product.（この携帯電話はアップル製品のようだ）
