・While I process your check-in「チェックインの手続きをしている間」
「手続きをしている間」を自然に表現するフレーズです。process は「事務的に処理する」という意味で、ホテルやスパでの受付業務にぴったりの単語です。
・Read / Take a look at「読む、目を通す」
「読んでください」と言うとき、read でも良いですが、take a look at を使うと「ざっと目を通す」という少し柔らかいニュアンスになります。
