予定通り宿泊予定ですって英語でなんて言うの？

この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。

ーI plan on staying there as per my reservation.
「予約通り滞在予定です」

ーI will be staying with you on August 16th and 17th as per my reservation.
「予約通り8月16日と17日に滞在します」

as per my reservation で「予約通り」

例：
Thank you for the confirmation email. I plan on staying there as per my reservation.
「確認メールありがとうございます。予約通り宿泊予定です」
