結婚するのを焦らせることがありますね。僕のお姉さんも同じ気持ちです。
では英語でなんと言うのでしょうか？
「願望」の直訳はあまり言いません。英語でいうと単に「want to」また「looking to / for」と言います。
I don't want to get married.
I'm not looking for marriage.
I'm not looking to get married.
後半の「looking for」の言い方はさらにカジュアルな言い方です。
No desire - you have no want or desire to get married.
Don't plan on - you have no plans to get married, it is not your top priority right now.
Normally if you use this phrase, it still kind of leaves it open, you don't have any plans but maybe in the future your plans change.
No desire;これは結婚する希望がないという意味です。
Don't plan on: これは結婚する予定がないという意味で、一番大事なことではない、という意味にもなります。
あくまでも現時点で将来変わる可能性のある言い方です。
The idea of marriage seems not particularly appealing
There are many good reasons for people to get married, and every couple is unique. Some people decide to live together unmarried, while others decide to 'tie the knot' at the earliest opportunity. Some have already tried marriage and divorce and having had their fingers burnt once, may make a decision not to enter the arena again.
To have one's fingers burnt = to have suffered because of a bad experience.
To tie the knot = to get married.
結婚するには多くのもっともな理由があり、それぞれのカップルはユニークです。
結婚せずに一緒に暮らすことを選ぶカップルもいます。
その一方で早い時期に'tie the knot' （結婚する）機会があるカップルもいます。
ある人は結婚してみたけど離婚してひどい目に合って二度と結婚には近づかないようにする人もいます。
To have one's fingers burnt = 悪い経験のおかげでひどい目にあう
To tie the knot = 結婚する
I don't plan on getting married means that it is not in your plans for the future to get married.
A colloquial (casual) way of saying this would be to say "I don't want to tie the knot." Tie the knot means get married.
You could also say. I don't have a desire to get married or I am not interested in getting married.
"I don't plan on getting married"とは、結婚する予定がないことを表します。
カジュアルな言い方をすると、次のようになります。
"I don't want to tie the knot."
［訳］結婚したくありません
"tie the knot"は「結婚する」という意味です。
また、次のように言うことも出来ます。
"I don't have a desire to get married"
［訳］結婚願望がありません
"I am not interested in getting married"
［訳］結婚願望がありません
A desire' is something that you would really like/strongly want to do so by saying 'I have no desire to get married' it means that you do not want to get married.
If you 'are not interested' it means you do not want to do something so you could say ' I'm not interested in getting married'
「A desire」は「願望（強く望んでいること）」という意味です。
「I have no desire to get married（結婚願望がありません）」は、結婚願望がないことを表します。
「not interested（興味がない）」は、したくない事について使えます。
ですから、以下のように言えます：
I'm not interested in getting married.
（結婚に興味がありません。）
