このフレーズには、部分が2つあります。
英語でお願いするときに、理由を教えるのが大事です。
なので先に理由を言います。
I might = 〜可能性があります。
例:
「I might have to cancel.」
キャンセルしなければいけないかもしれません。
not make (my flight) = 間に合わない/乗り遅れる
例:
「I didn’t make the train」
電車に乗り遅れました。
make (my flight) = 間に合う
例:
「Did you make the bus?」
バスに乗れた?
「My flight leaves in (XX) minutes」=飛行機はXX分後に出発します。
この場合は、出発までの具体的な分を教えるので、以上のフレーズより説得力が強いです。

一番簡単な言い方は「Can I」か「Would you」です。
「Would you」の方は丁寧です。
Go in ahead = 先に入いる
Go ahead = 先に行く
「Sneak in ahead of」は相手と仲良くて、雰囲気を軽くさせる印象です。

In this case it is very important that you inform them why you want to go in front of the line. It is important that you are polite too.

When you are late and could possibly miss you airplane and need to move faster in line, you could as the person in front of you "Excuse me, I am running late. May I move in front of you in the line please?"
遅刻して飛行機に乗れなそうで列を早く移動する必要がある時、こう言えます。

If you are running extremely late for your flight and the check-in line is long, some people that are in time for their flights may let you 'jump the queue' or 'cut in line' if you ask them politely. The British may use 'jump the queue' whereas Americans may use 'jump the line' or 'cut in line'. It's really up to you which expression you want to use.
So, you may ask:

Sometimes we end up rushing to our flight. This is perhaps unusual for us but happens every day at the airport! Members of staff at security check points and also at check-in are there to help and will usually assist you to get through quickly if needed.

「先に入れてください。」は、
"Do you mind if I go ahead of you?"
"Do you mind if I go in front of you?"
"Could you please let me go ahead of/go infront of you?"
などの表現を使うことが出来ます。
"Do you mind if ~?"は、「~しても構いませんか?」と丁寧に誰かに許可を得る際に使います。
"go ahead of ~" / "go in front of ~"は、「~の先・前に行く」という意味です。
"I'm running late and might miss my flight. Do you mind if I go ahead of you?"
「遅刻してフライトに乗り遅れそうなので先に行っても構いませんか?」
