この線以上にオイルを入れ過ぎないでって英語でなんて言うの？

機械の説明で、潤滑油を入れ過ぎないでと、説明したいです。あと、「適量入れてください」はなんて言いますか。

be careful この場合注意しながらとか何々しないように注意してほしいということですね

入れすぎを注意して適量入れてください

the right amount は適量ですね。 right and wrong 正しいと悪いの right ですね
