１番目はオーソドックスで「何時に入れますか？」になります。
２番目もよく似ていて「何時に開きますか？」です。
３番目はは「何時からは入れますか？」
come in と go in の違いですが、come in は「向こうからみて、こちらを入れる」事を意味します。 go in は「こちらからみて、相手側に入る」事を意味します。
ですので、
１番目の場合の主語 we は「私とあなた（質問している人）」を指します。
３番目の場合の主語 we は「私と連れがいる場合の人（自分のグループ２人以上）」を指します。
なので、２番目の主語は you になってますね。 英語の主語は明確なんですが、日本語的に考えると非常に複雑なので、そこまで考えてる事はないですが言語学的には英語は日本語にない（日本語では言わなくていい部分）を含めてる場合も多々ありますので、よくS+V（主語＋動詞）みたいな事を言われるのはそういう由来かも知れませんね（＾＾；）

映画開演の何分前から入れるのかを知りたい場合は、
How early can we go in?（どのくらい前から入れますか）がいいかと思います。
例：
I'm going to watch a movie that starts from 1pm. How early can we go in?
1時から始まる映画を見るのですが、どのくらい前から入れますか？
③What time is the door time? What time is the show time?
① a "Door" time=「開場時間」= the time that the doors open
② a "Show" time=「開演時間」=the time that the show starts
③開演時間や開場時間を聞く時の表現です。
What time 〜？を使ってみて下さい。
"The doors open at 8. The show will probably start at 9:00."
「開場は8時です。開演は、多分９時です。」と言う答えが返って来るでしょう。
アメリカでは、定まった時間に始まるとは決まっていません。だから、９時頃だと思って下さい。
"The doors to the theater lobbies typically open 1 hour prior to curtain."
「その劇場のロビーの扉は、基本的には、開演の１時間前に開きます。」
こんな表現もありますので、覚えて下さい。

To open the doors to the public = literally, the time when the entrance door or gate is unlocked and opened and people are allowed in.
"What time can we get in?" This refers to physically entering the venue.
To permit entry = to allow people to enter.
To open the doors to the public =直訳通り、ドア、ゲートを開けて、一般人が入れるようになるのはいつか、ということですね。
"What time can we get in?" これはその会場に入ることを表します。
To permit entry =人が入ることを許す
When you want to ask about the time when people are let into an event, then you can ask in the following ways:
-What time will people be allowed in the event?
-When does the event start?
-What time does the event begin?
イベントに入場できる時間を聞きたい時、下記のように聞けます。
-What time will people be allowed in the event?
開場時間は、何時になりますか？
-When does the event start?
イベントは、いつ始まりますか？
-What time does the event begin?
イベントは、何時に始まりますか？
The two sentences you see above are excellent ways to express that you want to know when you can enter a venue for an event. In the second sentence you will see the verb let which means to allow or permit. We use this word a lot in our everyday conversation and it would make a wonderful addition to your vocabulary.
