A common way to ask what time something starts is to say:

You can input the name of the show or the event.
If it is a show, musical, play or event you can also ask:
When does the show start?
By saying 'when,' it is the same as asking 'what time'
You can also ask:
When do the doors open?
Sometimes the doors can open before the show or event starts but perhaps if seating is on a first come, first serve basis, it is also good to know what time the building opens to get a good seat.
