クリスマスは彼女と過ごすの？
「過ごす」は spend と言います。ちなみに spend は「（お金を）使う」という意味もあります。
with your girlfriend で「彼女と」となります。with your partner「パートナーと」と言うこともできます。

To be with' someone or something is a great format when you are speaking about spending time with another person - or thing. It is a predictive phrase, anticipating a future reality. "This time next week, I will be with my family in Manchester."
To be with someone or something'は、誰か（何か）と時間を過ごすと言う場合に便利な表現です。これは将来のことについて言う表現です。
"This time next week, I will be with my family in Manchester."
来週の今頃は、マンチェスターで家族といるよ。

完璧に被ってしまいましたが、他のアンカーの方も回答されている通りです。 2番目の gonna は going to の省略形です。
これを息子さんに聞かれる意図はわかりませんが、アメリカ・カナダでは必ずしも彼氏・彼女と過ごすのがクリスマスではありません。 むしろ家族と共に過ごす方、または教会へ行かれる方が多いと思います。 キリスト教であれば、ですけどね（＾＾；）
例えば、息子さんにクリスマスは家族と一緒に過ごして欲しいという意図であれば、 Bring your girlfriend over on the Christmas evening!（クリスマスの晩に彼女を家に呼んでおいでよ）と率直に表現する方が英会話っぽいです。
言い方や表現の仕方にもよりますが、英訳例では時として「クリスマスは彼女と過ごすの？（白い目）」という風にも取られるかも知れません。 英会話はストレートに表現するが故に、日本語の ”奥ゆかしさ” が違う意味で取られる事もあります。

You can put the two subjects out in front and then use the word 'together' to indicate that you are talking about both of them.
to spend'は「（特定の日・期間を）過ごす」という意味です。

This is a great question at this time of the year!
My fisrt example, "Who are you going to be spending Christmas with?" is a way to ask discreetly who your son will be spending Christmas with. He might say friends or family or he may answer he will be spending the holiday with his girlfreind.
The second example asks explicitly if your son and his girlfriend will together for Christmas.
The last question is probably the one I would use. It is socially acceptable, polite and to the point.

これは、誰とクリスマスを過ごすつもりか控えめに聞いています。息子さんは友達と答えるかもしれませんし、家族、あるいは彼女と答えるかもしれません。
二つ目の例でははっきりと、彼女と一緒にクリスマスを過ごすのか聞いています。
たぶん私だったら最後の例を使います。これは丁寧で、要点を付いていて、社会的に受け入れられる聞き方です。
