「[学生](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/33142/)」は studentといいますが、学生ですか？を聞きたいとき ”Are you a student”といいます。
「社会人」は ”A member of society" や"working adult"どちらでも使えます。
そして、「社会人学生ですか」と聞きたい場合、"Are you a working adult student?"で大丈夫です。

敢えて言うならば、上記のような表現になりますが、あまり使いません。
[学生](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/33142/)と社会人、という言い方を日本語ではしますが、学生であっても[社会](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/36490/)の一員であることに変わりはないので。
学生ですか、社会人ですか、と聞きたい場合は、

学生を終えて、働いている人のことをemployed personと表現できます。フルタイムでもパートタイムでも構いませんが、フルタイムであれば、こういえます。

A working professional is someone who has completed their studies and is now working as an adult in their chosen profession.
You can also refer to people who work as ppeople who are 'employed', this means they have a job.

working member of society - someone who works is able to contribute to taxes, which help to pay for infrastructure, education etc. to society
a contributing member of society - since they contribute money in taxes to society, they can also be referred to as this
an adult - adult life is hard and having a job comes with a lot of responsibility

"working professional " This explains that the person is working full time and not a student.
"a working member of society" This is someone who has a job and earns money as well as contributes to society by buying things in the shop etc.

この人が含まれる A working class citizenは仕事をしている人で、仕事がある学生のことではありません。
Employed/ Employee は、特定の会社で働いていることを示しています。

When we "have a job"...we are said to be "gainfully employed"
