Any of these expressions is appropriate. It is a slightly comedic request because in a serious competition, your opponent will have no intention of 'going easy'. But in a different situation - for example when 2 friends are playing in a friendly way, not being totally competitive - and perhaps more with a view to improving skills, then such expressions would be useful.
A natural phrase is 'take it easy on me' This means you want the opponent to relax, not to play hard. Its a polite and friendly way to say it. You could say
"I don't play much, take it easy on me!"
