  • I've got the runs. I had too much ice cream.

I often get the runs.

I think I had to much ice cream and now my stomach does not feel to well. I have an upset stomach and it can only be of all that ice cream I just had.

  • I've got gut's ache from eating stuffing myself with the ice cream (INFORMAL)

Gut = stomach One possible effect from eating too much is that you may end up with a stomach ache or, informally, gut's ache. "I've got gut's ache from eating stuffing myself with the ice cream." You could also explain that you have 'overeaten.' To stuff oneself = to eat too much
"I've got gut's ache from eating stuffing myself with the ice cream."

  • I had too much ice cream and now I have a stomachache.

Instead of saying upset stomach you can say stomachache. This means you had a lot of ice cream and because of that you have a stomachache.

If you eat too much rich or sugary foods like ice cream or sweets it can make you feel sick or not very well So you could say " I am not feeling very well after all the ice cream i have eaten" An upset stomach and stomachache are basically the same thing
I am not feeling very well after all the ice cream I have eaten.

A stomachache and an upset stomach are common expressions used to describe a painful or uncomfortable feeling in your stomach. So if you have eaten too much ice cream, it can cause some discomfort in your stomach. For example: I have eaten too much ice cream. Now I have a stomachache. I have eaten too much ice cream. Now I have an upset stomach. All the ice cream I have eaten has given me a stomachache.
I have eaten too much ice cream. Now I have a stomachache. (アイスクリームを食べすぎて、お腹が痛い) I have eaten too much ice cream. Now I have an upset stomach. (アイスクリームを食べすぎて、お腹が痛い) All the ice cream I have eaten has given me a stomachache.
