英訳１：we were riding two/three people on a bikeなので、直訳すると「私たちはバイクに２，３人乗せていた」となります。we = two/three peopleなので、不自然に思われますが、英語ではこういう言い方ができますよ。
get cautionedで「注意を受ける」という意味を表しています。
英訳２：bicycle with ...で「…と一緒に自転車に乗る」という意味です。
英訳３：share a bikeもOKです！
yell at ...は「…に向かって大声を上げる」という意味なので、少し離れたところにいた警察官から大声で注意されるイメージです。
