1) The dish isn't on the menu anymore.
2) The dish was removed from the menu.
The restaurant doesn't have the menu.
Hey Aya!
It's not on the menu anymore
Menu
They don't have it on the menu anymore
They took it off the menu

What happened to the pizza? Did you stop doing it?
Is pizza no longer on the menu?
Yes, it's worth asking this question if you don't see your preferred dish. It may be that the chef will make it specially for you if requested. Or it may be offered as a daily special on a board somewhere else in the restaurant that you did not see.

Why did you change the menu?
Restaurants often change the menu seasonally because the fruits and vegetables are more fresh and tasty certain times of the year. But many people get attached to some delicious dishes that go out of season. In this case you could ask the restaurant if it is possible that they can still make the dish that was on the menu last season (or last week or last month) Most places can make the dish but with less fresh ingredients, so it won't be AS tasty, but I'm sure it will still be good. Some dishes get so popular, with many people asking for them that the restaurant must bring them back and make that dish year round. Remember to be nice, so they want to do you a favor!
