  • The weather we are having is nothing out of the ordinary

  • This weather is normal for this time of year

Nothing out of the ordinary means not exceptional, usual, ordinary
Nothing out of the ordinary とは、例外的ではない、普通、通常通りという意味になります。

  • It is quite normal weather for this time of year.

  • This winter is the same as usual in terms of temperature and weather conditions.

  • This winter's weather has produced no surprises.

Quite normal = really normal The same as usual = no changes (from the normal; weather pattern) To produce a surprise = For something unusual to occur which people did not predict.
Quite normal = ごく普通な The same as usual = 例年通り(普通の天候パターン) To produce a surprise =何か予想できない珍しいこと

  • It's quite usual for this time of year.

  • Typical!

  • Come rain or shine.

It's quite usual for this time of year. - This sentence is quite common & can be adapted to the temperature if it is out of the ordinary. "It's quite mild/cooler for this time of year." Typical! - This is used in a negative sense, when it is a bank/public holiday & you have a day off. "Typical! It always rains on May Day." Come rain or shine - English idiom meaning whether it rains or not; whatever the weather. "I always make it there on time, come rain or come shine!"
It's quite usual for this time of year. (この時期としては、至って普通のことです) ↑この文はよく使われます。これをアレンジすると、気温について「いつもと違う」と言えます: "It's quite mild/cooler for this time of year." (この時期としてはかなり温暖だ/涼しい) --------- Typical! - これは悪い意味で使われます。祝日、休みの日に: "Typical! It always rains on May Day." 〔訳〕典型的だ!メーデーはいつも雨だ --------- Come rain or shine -「雨が降ろうが降るまいが」という意味のイディオム。天気に関係なく。 "I always make it there on time, come rain or come shine!" 〔訳〕何があっても、いつも時間どおりにそこに着きます

  • It's as cold as can be expected

  • It's another cold winter this year

expect- when you know something will happen. "It's as cold as can be expected " - means that you expected it to be cold this winter because it is always cold this time of year. 'another' - in this sentence it refers to something happening again or a repeat of something. "It's another cold winter this year" means that it is cold again, the same as it was years before. I hope this helps :)
“Expect”は何かが起こることがわかっている状態です。 “It’s as cold as can be expected”とは毎年寒い時期であるためその年も同じような気温になるであろうということを予期しているということです。この文章での”Another”は何かがまた起こることや何かを再現することを意味します。”It’s another cold winter this year”とは例年と同じようにまた寒いことを意味します。ご参考にしていただければ幸いです。

  • The weather is typical for this time of year

  • There have been no exceptional adverse weather conditions this winter

  • There have been no extraordinary cold snaps

Be careful when using the term adverse. There are two words adverse and averse which sound and look similar but they do not have the same meaning. Adverse means ‘unfavourable or harmful’ it is used to describe conditions and effects as in adverse weather conditions. Averse, is used to describe people and means ‘having a strong dislike or opposition to something’, as in I am not averse to helping out. A common error is to mix them up as in he is not adverse to making a profit when it should be he is not averse to making a profit. Typical means normal or usual Cold snap means a sudden, brief spell of cold weather.
"“Adverse”という言葉を使う時にはお気を付けください。“Adverse”と”averse”という意味は違いますが聞こえと見た目が似た二つの言葉があります。 “Adverse”とは都合の悪い、利害的なという意味です。 “Adverse weather condition”(不都合な天気)といったように状態、調子を表す際に用います。 “Averse”は人を表す時に使われます。 ”I am not averse to helping out”(私は助けることを嫌っていません)といったように強い嫌悪感や反感を意味します。 よくある間違えは”He is not averse to making a profit”(彼は利益を上げることを嫌っていない)であるべきところを ”He is not adverse to making a profit”とすることなどです。 “Typical”とは”普通”、”いつも通り”という意味です。 “Cold snap”とは突然の一時的な寒い天候という意味です。"

  • It's normally this cold at this time of year.

  • Its really cold, but this is normal for us.

  • The weather is typical of this time of year.

*Normally*- this means that its usual for this time of year. Nothing out of the ordinary. This time year= means this season. This is normal for us- meaning we're used to this weather at this specific time of year. ‘It’s always this cold in Winter/Autumn’ Meaning= it is usually this temperature in this season so we are used to (accustomed) it. ‘The weather is typical of this time of year’ Meaning = the weather is as usual / its always this temperature/ similar weather at this time of year. ‘its Baltic at the moment but its always like this in _____(insert month) Meaning= Baltic is slang for really cold.
Normally - これは今年のその時期の通常のことを意味します。 全てのふつうの状態のことを言っているわけではありません。 This time year=今シーズンを意味します。 This is normal for us-つまり、この特定の時期にこの天気に慣れていたことを意味します。 ‘It’s always this cold in Winter/Autumn’「これはいつもの冬/秋の寒さ」 意味=このシーズンはいつもこの温度ですので、私たちはそれに慣れています。 ‘The weather is typical of this time of year’「この天気はこの時期の典型です」 意味=この時期の天気はいつもこのような気温/似たような天気です。 ‘its Baltic at the moment but its always like this in _____(insert month) 意味=Balticは本当に寒いことを表すスラングです。

  • It's unusually cold this year.

  • It's been abnormally cold this winter.

We can use the words "abnormally" or "unusually" when we are talking something that are not normal or usual.
「normal(通常の)」「usual(いつもの)」でないことを表す時は、「abnormally(異常に)」「unusually(異常に)」が使えます。

  • It's usually about this cold

  • Most winters are about this cold

"about this ~" ≫ 「このぐらいの~」、「この程度~」 その言い方と"usually", "most"など、例~並みと比べる表現になります。 Our weather in January is usually about this rainy. ここの一月の天気は、最近ぐらいの雨が例年並みです。 Most winters in the Hokuriku region are about this snowy. 北陸と言えば今年の積雪が例年並みです。

  • The weather is nothing out of the ordinary

  • normal weather patterns

These two noun phrases have very similar meanings with just a different use of adjectives. ordinary - refers to something that is plain or common, very usual. Weather patterns - refers to weather over a course of a few days and how we predict them scientifically. Example sentences : - The weather is nothing out of the ordinary. - These are very normal weather patterns for November.
この二つの名詞句は非常に意味が似ています。違いは形容詞だけです。 ordinary -「普通/よくある/一般的な」という意味です。 Weather patterns - これは数日にわたる天候やそれを科学的に分析したものをいいます。 例文: - The weather is nothing out of the ordinary.(天気はいつもと変わりません) - These are very normal weather patterns for November.(これは例年の11月の天気と変わりません)

  • Winter this year is the same old, same old.

  • Winter this year is much the same like last year.

1.Winter this year is the same old, same old. Same old, same old means that it is the usual, predictable cold winter weather that you experience every year. Another example: How was your weekend? "Same old, same old." This means that it was very boring and unexciting - much like every other weekend. 2.Winter this year is much the same like last year. If something is much the same like something else then it means that although they are not identical, there is very little difference between them.
1. Winter this year is the same old, same old.(今年の冬はいつもの冬と変わりませんよ) "Same old, same old" は「普段と変わらない」という意味です。例年の冬と天候は変わらないということ。 2. Winter this year is much the same like last year.(今年の冬は去年の冬と大体同じです) "much the same like something" は「~とほとんど同じ[ほとんど違いはない]」という意味です。

  • The weather is quite usual for this time of year

  • It's cold as usual for this time

The first sentence is a bit more formal, so, if you are talking with your friends or families, I would recommend the second sentence.
一つ目の例は二つ目の例よりも少しフォーマルです。友達や家族に話すなら、二つ目の例がいいかもしれません。
