  • There is a charge for an estimate

その代わりに、「Just so you understand, there is a charge for the estimate」とかと言います。 あと、質問ですけど質問じゃない形にして、「You understand, there is a charge for the estimate」と言います。「Do you understand that there's a charge for the estimate?」

  • There is a quotation cost.

  • It will cost you $10 for the estimate.

-There is a quotation cost. This means that a fee will be charged to give a quotation. -It will cost you $10 for the estimate. This indicates the amount that it will cost to give a estimate for the "repairs".

  • There is a charge for the estimate, is that Ok?

  • We charge to give a quote are you alright with that?

  • The estimate will cost you $.....

If you will be charging for an estimate you can simply tell the person how much it will cost so can say 'the estimate will cost you $....... To be polite you might want to ask if they are happy to pay the charge so could say 'is that ok?' or 'are you alright with that?' alright means you agree and are happy
the estimate will cost you $.......'(見積もりは....... 例えば: 'is that ok?'(問題ないですか) 'are you alright with that?'(それで問題ありませんか) 'alright' は「(~で)構わない」という意味です。

  • Just to let you know, there will be a charge for giving you an estimate. Is that ok?

  • There's a charge for giving you an estimate. Is this ok with you?

1. "Just to let you know, there will be a charge for giving you an estimate. Is that ok?" By starting the sentence with 'Just to let you know', you are cautioning the customer/client before telling them about the estimate. This is a sign of good manners and is very courteous. 'there will be a charge' shows that, in the future, once they get an estimate, a fee will be incurred. 2. "There's a charge for giving you an estimate. Is this ok with you?" This sentence is more direct than the first sentence but still contains a level of politeness through the last sentence "Is this ok with you?" which shows you are asking the clients permission for an estimate to be given.
1. "Just to let you know, there will be a charge for giving you an estimate. Is that ok?"(一応、見積もりは有料になりますが、よろしいですか) 'Just to let you know'(一応お知らせまで)で始めて、見積もりについて伝える前に忠告しています。これは非常に丁寧な言い方です。'there will be a charge' は、将来、見積もりを受け取ったら料金が発生することを表します。 2. "There's a charge for giving you an estimate. Is this ok with you?"(見積もりは有料ですが、よろしいですか) この例は一つ目の例よりも直接的ですが、それでも最後に "Is this ok with you?"(よろしいですか)と言って見積もりを出してもいいかどうか確認しています、まだ丁寧です。

In a business situation. When giving an estimate, it is not free. I want to say something like "There is a charge for the estimate. Is that OK with you?". In that scenario, why not try one of the above example suggestions?
