できるだけ他の人と内容が被らないように工夫しますって英語でなんて言うの？

「出来るだけ」「最善と尽くす」「懸命に」はtry the best, try my best, do the best,
try hard, do as much as I can, 等の言い方があります。
内容が被るはmake the same details, share the same details, have same information,
と言う言い方があり、二文目のdouble the informationは「情報が二重になる」と言う意味
です。

「できるだけ」→「To try one's best」

「ほかの人」→「Anyone else」

「内容」→「Content」

「被る」→「To overlap」、「To have the same as」

「工夫する」→「To work hard」、「To try one's best」

まとめて言いますと、
