他のアンカーの方も回答されている通り、1番目の表現が一般的だと思います。 同時に、否定文として2番目の I don't want to / wanna change.... という言い方もあります。 wanna は want to の（カジュアル）略語ですので、どちらを使うか選んで下さいね。 カッコ内の current というのは「現在の」という意味です。

ちなみに「海外では」という大きなくくりではどうなっているか？と言えば、色々な国においても同姓・別姓に関しては色々な意見や考え方があります。 国という事もあれば、その地域の風習・宗教等による考え方やしきたりもあったりします。 夫婦別姓を選択できない国はそんなに多くないと思います。 調べてみると、日本以外ではアメリカ・カナダ・イギリス・フランス・ドイツ・インドが基本的に夫婦同姓だそうです。 カナダに住んでいましたが、確かに夫婦同姓だったなと思います。 ただ、別姓はいないの？というと「居ない」というのではなく、（仕事上などの理由などで）自分達でそう名乗っているという感じでした。 まわりは「エーッ！」というような反応は全くなく、「あっ、そうなんだ」くらいです。 アメリカでは州によって同姓・別姓が認められたりする所もあったりするそうです。
同姓を原則としている国においては、日本のように色々と意見が交わされています。

私はカナダ人と結婚しましたが、夫婦別姓ですし、北アメリカやヨーロッパではそれほどめずらしいことではありません。ハイフンで両方の名字を繋げて使用(hyphenated last name)する人もいます（私ならTomoko Goto-Murdockです）。ただし、子供がいるカップルの場合、どちらの名字を子供が名乗るかで問題になる為、夫の名字に合わせる女性がいることも確かです。

It is common for woman to use a hyphen(-) to put the two last names together or to keep their surname but also add their partners names to theirs.
