発音のポイント
アメリカ人は、お願いしている時にお願いを軽くさせるためにいろいろやります。
この場合は「もう一回」ということを強調することです。
ですから発音している時に、「one」を強調します。イントネーションがあがり、発音が長くなります。

「can I have one more chance?」の方が丁寧で幅広く使えます（他の英訳は「try」という言葉があるので「やってみる」という意味に限られています）。
一番身近なフレーズは「Let me try one more time.」これは疑問ではないので他のフレーズより積極的です。
You can say "I'd like to try again", "I'd like to give it another try" or "I'd like to give it a second try".
If you're in a more formal situation, the expression doesn't need to be so different, you can say "Could I please try again?".
The word "please" is the only thing that is added.
"i'd like to re-do it" or "re-try" can also be used.
and "to give it another shot" is another casual and friendly expression.
It's not bad to use it in a formal setting necessarily, because like I said, it can sound friendly.
