アメリカでは、よく中間[テスト](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/55789/)の事を、mid-term exam, [期末テスト](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/101296/)のようなもののことをfinal examと言います。
今回は、学年末テストということで、アメリカのニュアンスをそのまま使い、期末ではありませんが、final examでも伝わると思い使用しています。
副詞を使うと、「やった終わった～」という感情も加わるので、
My final exam is finally over!
「テスト、やっと終わったよ～」
という表現でもきっと伝わると思います。
finally = やっと
over = 終わった
後は、終わったばかりというニュアンスを出したものが、
I've just done my final exam.
「今、テストが終わった所だよ～」

Extremely means a lot/very much. So the second sentence helps you to describe how much happy you are right now because your exams are over. The first one is a good option too but it doesn't involve your emotions.
