歩きタバコで火元を外側に向け堂々と歩いてる奴なんなのってって英語でなんて言うの？

What is it with smokers walking with their lit cigarette tips pointing towards other people? 火のついたタバコの先を人に向けて歩く喫煙者って何なの？ Can't they at least point it towards themselves? 最低でも自分の方に向けて持てないかね？
