「① He/she doesn't want to marry.」は簡単に、「彼・彼女は結婚に興味がない」です。
「② He/she wants to stay single.」は言い方を変えて、「彼・彼女は独身のままでいたい」です。
他にも同じ事を別の表現で伝えることができます：
「He wants to remain single 」,
「She's not interested in marriage」
もう一つ、女性が結婚に興味がなく、かつ、仕事に集中したいという人がいれば：
「She wants to concentrate on her career」（彼女はキャリアに集中したいのです）と間接的に結婚に興味がない事を伝えられます。

ちなみに、
A lifelong bachelorに相当する女性の言葉が見つかりませんでした。女性はみんな結婚したいもの、という昔からの偏見が理由なのかもしれません。
意味がずれますが、面白いので紹介します。
"A spinster", "a cat lady"は「独身女性」も意味します。ただし、"cat lady"と相手に言ったらかなり失礼です。「独身女性」という意味合いでは本人に絶対言わない方が懸命です！
例文）
My old friend is not interested in getting married. 私の旧友は結婚に興味がない。
「彼（彼女）は結婚するようなタイプじゃないね」という意味です。
結婚する気がないは他にも、「結婚への興味」「結婚願望」というアングルから言うと、
He is not interested in getting married.
「彼は結婚に興味がない」
He has no desire to ever get married.
「彼は結婚願望がない」
という風にも言えますね。
intention 「意図」という名詞を使い、
have no intention to 〜 「〜する気が全くない」という表現が使えます。
marry/ get married 「結婚する」を少しソフトな言い方にすると
settle down 「落ち着く、腰を据える」で暗に結婚をすることを示します。
第三者に向けて、結婚をする気がない人を擁護するのが後者の例文です。
He just has no intention to settle down yet.
「彼はまだ落ち着く気はないだけなんだよ」
いつかはそのような気になるかも知れないというニュアンスも込められています。
settle down は結婚を暗に示すだけでなく、
一ヶ所に定住する、国同士の紛争が落ち着くという時にも幅広く使える言葉です。
John is not the marrying kind...he has too many ambitions to fulfill...
"Not the marrying kind" might be used for ether sex!
Batchelor or Spinster "do not speak of intent". A batchelor may WANT to get married;-)
:John is not the marrying kind...he has too many ambitions to fulfill..."
"Not the marrying kind"（結婚する気がないタイプ）とはどちらの性別にも使うことが出来ます！
"Batchelor"（独身男性）や"Spinster "（オールドミス）にはいってはいけません。
"batchelor"は結婚したいかもしれませんよ;-)
【例】
John is not the marrying kind...he has too many ambitions to fulfill..."
（ジョンは結婚する気がないタイプの人です、彼にはやりたいことが沢山あります）
1. He/she wants to remain single.
Someone who is not married is "single" If someone has no desire to get married we can say that the person wants to remain single.
2. He/she does not want to get married.
This is a plain and simple statement indicating that the person does not want to get married.
3. He/she has no interest in marriage.
This statement means that the person is not excited or curious about marriage.

これは単純明白な表現で、その人は結婚する気がないという意味になります。
3. He/she has no interest in marriage.
（彼/彼女は結婚に興味がないんです）
この表現はその人は結婚することに興味がないという意味になります。
We can either use the verb, "to get married," to talk about the idea of not wanting to get married or we can also use the verb expression, "to be interested in," to talk about how someone, "is not interested in marriage."
