この文は、
What is it going to be? (それは、何になっていきますか？)
do you think? (あなたは思いますか？)
の2文が1つになってできていて、「あなたはそれが何になっていくと思いますか？」という意味になります。"is it" が "it is" になる点に注意しましょう。("do you think"の後は、必ず「主語+動詞」となります。)
