「◯軒隣り」は英語では ◯ buildings down か ◯ buildings away に相当します。
next door to → すぐ隣（一軒隣だけ）

A: Where did you buy that?
A: それどこで買ったの？
B: I bought it at the store that is two buildings down from here.
B: ここから２軒隣のお店で買ったんですよ。
A: Ohh nice! By the way, did you see a post office around here?
A: いいね！ ちなみに、この辺に郵便局見たっけ？
B: Yes! It's 3 buildings away from the convenience store and next door to a parking lot.
B: はい。コンビニから３軒隣で、すぐ隣は駐車場もありますよ。

2) There's 〇〇 two doors down the street.「2軒先に〇〇があります」
doorの主な意味は「扉」ですが、「軒」にも使います。
また、上り坂側だったり、
平たんな道でも上下の感覚があり上の方向にある場合、
up the streetと使います。
