★「電話に出る」は「get the phone」、または「pick up the phone」と表現します。どちらも自然でネイティブがよく使う表現の仕方です。
★「phone」は最近は「携帯」ととらえる人も多いですが、厳密にいうと「電話」なので、「家の電話」と勘違いされてしまうかもしれません。もし家の電話もあり、それでも携帯だけに出てほしいのであれば「If my cell (phone) rings...」と言います。
★ 「携帯」はアメリカでは「cell phone」と言いますが、「cell」と短く言う人も多いです。イギリス等では「mobile」と言います。
ちなみに、少しアレンジして「電話に出てほしい」を先にもってきても良いです（意味やニュアンスは特に変わりません）：
Can you get my phone if it rings?
Can you pick up my phone if it rings?
・"pick up the phone"
直訳すると「電話を持ち上げる」という意味になってしまいますが、
「電話に出る」ことを表現するときに一般的に使われるフレーズです。
また、英語では、結論を先にいう事が自然なので、
Can you pick up my phone?

の順で文を構成するよ良いでしょう。
もちろんも、日本語通り"If my phone rings, can you pick it up?"も問題ありませんが、
日本語で「電話に出てくれる？もし鳴ったら」というのと同じように、間違ってはいないですが、少し不思議な感じがしますよね？

1. Here, you ask someone to answer the phone. Everyone know the phone is ringing but no-one answers. What is their problem? You just want to relax for a few moments! You say:
"Could you get that please!" It's a question, but really an exclamation!
"Sorry, we're all playing an online game - we can't stop!"
"OK just let it ring and maybe the caller will get bored!"
2. You tell them and they ignore you. You fall asleep in the bath with the phone ringing. Result!
1. 誰かに電話にでるよう頼無フレーズです。電話がなっているのはわかるけど、誰も出ようとしない。一体なんで？ちょっとリラックスしてこう言いましょう。
"Could you get that please!" 誰かでてくれないかしら？質問文だけど、エクスクラメーション！をつけて話してください。
"Sorry, we're all playing an online game - we can't stop!" 悪いけど、ゲームが止められないんだ！
"OK just let it ring and maybe the caller will get bored!" わかった！じゃあ鳴らしとこう！そのうち相手も疲れるでしょ。
2.そうやって相手にいったけど、相手は無視しました。結果、お風呂でうとうとしていると電話がまた鳴りました。
You could also say "If anyone calls, could you you pick up the phone please?"
Adding the word "Please" at the end is optional of course but it's nice to have manners.
You could be more specific and ask "I'm going t take a shower so if anyone calls could you pick up my for me phone please?"
The "for me" part is used sometimes when asking for a favor and you want to sound more kind.
For example:
"Could you carry that bag for me please?"
"Would you mind picking up the phone for me while I'm in the shower please?"
"Can you turn off the oven for me please?"
あなたはまた、"If anyone calls, could you you pick up the phone please?"ということもできます。
最後に "Please"という言葉を追加することはオプションですが、とても良いマナーでしょう。
あなたはより具体的に、"I'm going t take a shower so if anyone calls could you pick up my for me phone please?"と尋ねることもできます。
"for me"の部分は、好意を求めてより親切にしたいときに使用されます。
例えば：
""Could you carry that bag for me please?"
私のためにそのバックを持っていただけますか？
"Would you mind picking up the phone for me while I'm in the shower please?"
私がシャワーを浴びている間に電話がなったらとってくれますか？
"Can you turn off the oven for me please?"
オーブンの電源を切ってくれる？
