  • I took the lesson from the same teacher for six days in a row.

    play icon

take the lesson=「授業を受ける」

from the same teacher=「同じ教師から」
sameの前に、必ずtheをつけて下さい。

in a row=「連続して」

six days in a row=「6日間連続して」

ここまでで、お役に立てば幸いです。

「同じ先生から6日連続してレッスンを受けた」の他に使った表現の文を紹介します:
I took the same teacher’s lessons every day for six days.

the same teacher’s lessonsは「同じ先生のレッスン」という意味です。
every day for six daysは「6日間毎日」という意味です。もし「連続して」の「in a row」をすぐに思いつかなかった場合に、この表現を使ってもいいと思います。

This sentence is a basic and simple sentence, it means just what it says. For six days, you were

  • The same teacher taught me for six days non-stop.

The phrase 'consecutive days' means days that follow each other without a gap in between. For example, the six consecutive days may start from Monday and end on Saturday without a break in between. Any day may be the first day of lessons and the last day of lessons can also be any day, provided there are six days of lessons without a break in between. The adjective non-stop also means continuing without a break, without stopping.
So, you may say:
I took lessons from the same teacher for six consecutive days.
or
The same teacher taught me for six days non-stop.
consecutive days' =間隔を空けずに連続した日にちの事を言います

例えば six consecutive daysは月曜日から土曜日までの連続した日数かもしれません。始まった曜日は関係なく、連続した日にちであれば使えます。

”non-stop ”ていう形容詞も連続して何かをするときに使います

I took lessons from the same teacher for six consecutive days.
(同じ先生から六日連続でレッスンを取った)
The same teacher taught me for six days non-stop.
(同じ先生が六日間連続で教えてくれた)

You can use either of the sentences above to express yourself. It is always when you have the same teacher teach a lot of classes so that they are able to track you improvement and continue supporting so that you improve your English.
同じ先生から続けてレッスンを受けることで、上達具合が測れ、サポートしていくことができますね。

期間を表すfor six daysと、連続でという意味のstraight/in a rowがポイントですね。

To say '6 days straight' or '6 days in a row' means the same thing - 6 days consecutively or after one another
So you would say 'I took lessons with the same teacher 6 days in a row/6 days straight' that explains it well.
「6 days straight」と「6 days in a row」は同じ意味です。どちらも「6日間連続」という意味です。
従って、以下のように言えます。

"I took lessons with the same teacher 6 days in a row/6 days straight."
(6日間連続で同じ先生からレッスンを受けました。)

これでうまく説明できます。
