①I think I can come see you if I can take days off during the Obon week.
　もしお盆に休みが取れたら、あなたに会いに行けると思う。

　もしお盆休みを取れたら、あなたに会いに行けるはず。

まず、お盆休みですが、お盆は日本独特なものなので、
お盆＝the Obon week
お盆休み＝Obon holiday
でいいと思います。

会いに行く、は相手目線で言うので、come see you
休みを取るは take days off
バケーションのように休暇をもらうのは take a holiday です。

②の I will be able to は、今はそうではないが未来で可能になる、
という意味合いで使っています。
