1日一つ売れるか売れないかの骨董品やのビジネスモデルって英語でなんて言うの？

アメリカでは「antique shop」と言って、イギリスでは「antiques shop」の方が普通。（「s」を使うか使わないかということ）

ほかに使える言い方を紹介したいと思います：
In an antiques shop business model, you might be able to sell one item a day, or nothing at all.
「骨董品屋のビジネスモデルでは、1日一つ売れるか、全然売れないかもしれません」

「骨董品屋」はantique shopまたはantiques shop（antiqueにsがついている）と言います。
you might be able to sell = 売る可能性がある
one item a day = 一日に一つ
(sell) nothing at all = 全然（何も）売れない
