存在しなさそうで存在するって英語でなんて言うの？

どのような壁か具体的にわかりませんでしたので、漠然と「見えない壁」としました。"physical barrier"とか"psychological barrier"とか結構色々応用できますよ。

①It doesn't seem to be there, but it is.
　そこにあるようには見えないけれど、ある

②It shouldn't exist, but it does.
　存在すべきではないけれど、存在する

上記の英文で表現できます。

「存在しなさそうで存在する壁が、日本人と他国籍の方の間にはある」
と言いたい場合は
There is a barrier between Japanese people
and people of other nationalities that shouldn't exist, but does.
という英文で伝わると思います。

seem to V「Vするように思える」
exist「存在する」
actually「実は」
