大浴場って英語でなんて言うの？

正直言えば、どの言い方でも通じると思います。ですが、厳密にいえば、銭湯、温泉、大浴場、公衆浴場などの英訳が大抵微妙に異なりますので、下記をご覧ください：

銭湯 → bathhouse
温泉 → hot spring
大浴場 → large public bath
公衆浴場 → public bath house

• 銭湯は地域社会の一部です → "The bathhouse is a part of the local community."
• このホテルには大きな共用の浴場があります → "This hotel has a large communal bath."

銭湯。public bath
温泉。hot spring
浴場。bath house

large bath houseでも通じますが、多くの人々が使うのでlarge public bath の方が通じやすいです。
