バーや店員ならclerkです。従業員＝employeeという言い方もできます。会社であればemployeeみたいな言い方が好まれると思います。

という文で、主語は「あそこに座っている綺麗な女性」です。
あそこに座っている綺麗な女性＝the beautiful lady sitting over there:名詞（この場合the
beautiful lady)の後にくる動詞の分詞以下（この場合sitting over there ）は、その名詞が何をしているのか、何をされているのかを説明するために使われています。こうして、「あそこに座っている綺麗な女性」という主語を作ります。このように、名詞の後に現在分詞（ing形）や過去分詞をおいてその直前の名詞がどんな状態なのか説明をすることを後置修飾といいます。
例えば
「サッカーをしている少年は僕の甥っ子です。」

Well, if you ask this question to someone who is working there, it may be her father, or brother or boyfriend that you ask!
Your question may be taken as an invasion of someone's privacy and you may not receive a pleasant reply! It's a very basic question to ask publicly and such questioning may be seen to be gauche, impolite or simply ignorant - in the UK.

Far better to casually catch her eye and have a normal conversation.

Employed also means to work somewhere its a more formal way of saying it
So by asking "does that beautiful lady work here " it would mean the same as saying - " is that beautiful lady employed here"
「Employed」もどこかで働いていることを表します。これはより公式な言い方です。
「Does that beautiful lady work here?」は「Is that beautiful lady employed here?（あのきれいな女性はここで働いているのですか）」と同じ意味です。
