When you send a post card or package and you would like to know how long it will take to deliver, you can ask the person at the post office counter:

They would tell you the number of days or weeks it would take.
In post offices in the UK, the delivery time can often depend on the type of stamp or postage details. Some stamps mean that they will arrive earlier than others. Special delivery can also arrive quicker. It can also depend on the country that you are posting to.
Another simple way of asking is:
When will it arrive?
This again refers to the time frame - 'when.'
They may reply with the length of time or the day it is likely to arrive.
How long does it take to get there?
How long is also a reference to the time frame.

2)What is the expected arrival date?- This means you would like to be told the exact date something will be delivered.

Delivered simply means something was received/arrived somewhere. I always recommend to use the word "could" because it makes sentences better and make you sound like a polite person.
